美国Cannon玻璃毛细粘度管

原理:本法用以测定透明与不透明产品的粘度,它是在已知的温度下,利用液体本身的重力流动性(gravity-flow)来测定一定体积的液体通过经校正后的毛细玻璃管粘度计所需的时间。根据所测出的动力粘度可计算出公制粘度或相对粘度(dynamic viscosity)。
方法概要:取一定体积的液体在严格的温度与固定的液面高度的控制下,使其流经毛细管粘度计而计算其流经时间。根据流经时间与粘度计的校正常数的乘积即可得动力粘度。
所需仪器:
粘度计: 校正过后的玻璃毛细管,其所测得的粘度能符合于所要求的复验准确度再试准确度。
粘度计支架: 能将粘度计在恒温槽中架持稳固,且能使其垂直竖立。
粘度计调温槽: 内盛装透明液体,能使样品于粘度计内较液面低20mm以下,或高于槽底20mm以上,能保持槽内温度的变动于15至100℃间低于±0.02℃的变化,在此温度范围以外,亦不超过±0.05℃的温度变化。
测温器: 检验动力粘度计的温度计内盛有适当的液体,使之能符合温度范围,温度计使用前均需校正,校正后准确度在±0.02℃,若其它测温器有上述的精确度时亦可采用。
定时器: 秒表或弹簧装置的定时器均可使用,但其刻度至少在0.1秒,其测定200秒至900秒的误差在±0.07%以内。
